Promised Land Shepherds was founded in 2003 with the goal in mind of breeding top West German Show and Schutzhund dogs that also work well as family and companion dogs in the home. We feel that if the family dog is purchased who has a lineage of long, healthy, productive lives, then this will insure that your puppies will be a member of your family for as long as is possible, which is what any large dog owner strives for. Because of the strong conformation quality, intelligence, eagerness to learn and loyalty of our dogs, we have also sold to Firemen, Policeman,Search and Rescue and have many Service Dogs now as part of our extended family around the United States, however, because we have always strived to keep them affordably priced, the majority of our puppies are placed into quality family homes to be enjoyed as family companions for many years to come.  All of our puppies are sold with Limited Registrations unless arrangements are made with PLGS and Breeding Rights are purchased.  And lastly, and most importantly, to back the quality of our lines, our puppies are all sold with a 2 year written genetic health guarantee.
